might not be the biggest QB out there, but don’t let the frame fool you — he showed some real tools at ASU 7s. Even in a no-contact setting where scrambling isn’t part of the deal, you could still see the athleticism pop. He’s got a quick, twitchy style to him that makes you feel like he’s always one step away from making something happen. What stood out to me was how focused he was on the little things — footwork, rhythm, staying balanced even without pressure in his face. A lot of guys get lazy with mechanics in 7s, but Kramer stayed sharp the whole time. The real difference-maker, though, was his delivery. It’s compact and quick, and he pairs it with smart foot movement that keeps him ready to fire at all times. As his eyes move through the progression, his feet follow, which means he’s always in position to make a quick, on-time throw. He’s not going to overwhelm you with size or arm strength, but there’s a real steadiness to his game that shows he’s putting in the work. For a guy that might get overlooked walking onto the field, he did more than enough to make a strong impression.

is coming off a very impressive sophomore season where he threw for over 2,000 yards while completing 67% of his passes. He has an incredibly compact delivery which makes him really hard for the rush to get to because he can get rid of the ball so quickly. Kramer consistently shows good touch on deep balls down the sideline, often hitting his receivers right in stride. Even more impressive was his accuracy when throwing over the middle of the field. With a strong base, he’s able to put zip on the ball to fit it into tight windows if needed and isn’t afraid to test those windows either. With the Peoria quarterback having a full year of varsity experience under his belt, Kramer could take a big jump from his already impressive 19/9 TD/INT ratio.
