Senior defensive end DeShon Koch DeShon Koch 6'2" | ATH Sapulpa | 2026 State OK has been a player that the Chieftain coaches have been excited about for a little over a year now. Around this time last year, those coaches were telling us that Koch had the potential to be their breakout star and after watching what Koch did during his junior season, we have to say that they were right. Koch was an absolute nightmare for opponents last season, finishing the year with 11 sacks and was a pressure machine, coming off the edge. This season, Koch looks to be one of the best defensive ends in Class 6A-2. He’ll also be getting reps on offense, as a power back in short yardage and goal line situations.
