is inside the top 15 for overall prospects during this ranking update and he could be knocking on the door of the top ten with a strong sophomore season. Chalakee joined the Chieftains last year for his freshman season. This offseason, Sapulpa’s coaches were incredibly high on his potential this season. They also believe that Chalakee is really high on college radars heading into his sophomore season. It’s easy to see why when you see Chalakee in person. He’s hard to miss at 6’6 or 6’7 and he has performed well when we’ve watched him in person. This could be a big season for him as the Chieftains move down to Class 5A.

is another 2029 prospect that was on our radar prior to the start of the 2025 season. We first watched Chalakee in a 7v7 tournament and he was absolutely dominant. His mix of playmaking ability and size made him a prospect we wanted to keep tabs on moving forward. Chalakee moved from Coweta to Sapulpa in the offseason and gave the Chieftains a prospect that has a high ceiling moving forward. Now, full disclosure, there isn’t much film out there on Chalakee so the picture on him as a prospect is incomplete right now. We’re looking forward to seeing him in person this offseason to see how much he’s grown as a player and evolved his overall game. But despite that, we go back to what we said at the beginning. The playmaking and size make him a name to know.

is definitely one of them. We got our first chance to see the Coweta big man tear things up at one of our 7v7 tournaments this spring. He’s had a really strong offseason and we’re looking forward to seeing how that momentum continues this season. He’s listed at 6’5 and the size will provide Coweta with some match-up problems for their opponents. It sounds like the plan is for him to play on both sides of the ball but we really like what we’ve seen from him at the tight end position.
