Cook, a dominant component of the varsity defensive lineup. Holding 4 sacks, 106 Tackles, and 43 TFl Cook has shown his athleticism as a linebacker. Pressure is a key aspect of Cooks playing style making him a standout as a linebacker being able to read plays at an extremely high level, as well as his size contributes as well. Based on the stats of his Sophomore season I am excited to see what work he puts in this off-season building for the next 2 years.

This season, Denim helped the Bishop Hartley Hawks advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs. He plays predominantly as an OLB. Against the run, he quickly keys and diagnoses the play, shows good play speed in pursuit before making the stop behind the LOS for a TFL. Against the pass, he locates the ball and times his hands well to make the deflection and shows great concentration as he then makes the catch on the deflected ball for an INT.
