If I had to choose a Player of the Game in this one, it would definitely be Kirkwood running back, Deion Brown Deion Brown 5'8" | 170 lbs | RB Kirkwood | 2023 State MO . Brown put on a show on Thursday night, rushing for 143 yards and two touchdowns. He showed very impressive vision and once he found the running lane, he came downhill with a sense of urgency. Once Brown hit the second level, he was a nightmare to try to tackle as he had the burst to run away from a defense, elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field, and also showed an impressive stiff arm. Brown also showed reliability in the passing game as he was on the receiving end of a touchdown through the air as well. Deion is committed to Eastern Michigan and I expect him to find a key role in their offense.
