was one of the most productive receivers in all of 4A this fall, and he was certainly the best junior in the class.
At 6-foot-2 and 170-pounds, William has some room to grow, but his ball skills and length make for a difficult matchup for any DB in northwest Iowa. A key piece on Storm Lake’s basketball squad that’s vying for a state title, William is a multi-sport star that will only benefit from being in a college developmental program. Only holding an offer from Northwestern College in Orange City, the Red Raiders would hit a grand slam if they’re able to nab him from the D1 ranks.

of Le Mars (eight), William has jumped out as the top receiver in his class after bouncing back from an injury that hampered his junior campaign.
William often doesn’t get recognized, likely because of the fact hat he has yet to fill out his frame, the Tornadoes haven’t produced as much team success and he hails from Northwest Iowa, a lesser-populated part of the state. Still, he deserves college attention just as much as the next prospect, and a program will be better for adding him to their ranks.

finished with 43 catches for 679 yards and five scores. A dominant receiver in northwest Iowa, William could have benefitted big time by staying healthy for more of last year. In seeing the young pass-catcher at Iowa State’s prospect camp prior to last season, he immediately stood out. Tall and lanky with ball skills and long strides, William is a Division I wide out.
Looking like a true X-receiver, William can either go up and get it or beat opposing defenses deep with separation-creating speed. If given any space, he’s going to make defenses pay, and again, if he can stay on the field for a good chunk of this coming year, he may rise to the top receiver in the state and start picking up scholarship offers.

Also a slick performer on the hardwood, the athleticism that aids William in hoops translates well to the gridiron. As a sophomore in 2024, he caught 43 balls for 679 yards and six touchdowns as a receiver. On defense, William delivered 27.0 tackles (17 solo, 4.5 TFL), 1.5 tackles sacks and a Pick-6. He averaged 18.1 yards on nine kick returns and 14.7 on six punt returns. All of that happened in just five games. William’s 10th-grade video highlights reveal a dynamic receiver capable of getting deep or making people miss after taking a short pass. William can stick with opponents in coverage or support the run defensively.

. David possesses a very versatile skill set that allows him to be moved around the formation and even in the backfield. You can get him the ball in space or let him use his speed to stretch the field vertically. William also flashed solid route running with a keen sense for finding open zones in the defense and can create separation. David will be a prospect to keep an eye on on both the gridiron and in basketball.
