Patton was one of my favorite discoveries of the offseason, thanks to our Prep Redzone 7 on 7 events! He was very productive every time I got to see him work. Patton showed time and time again that he could make the big play when his team needed it, and didn’t panic or make bad decisions. He led his guys with good anticipation and clearly understood coverages and different ways to attack individual defenders. I don’t know exactly where he will stack up on the depth chart this fall, but with continued development, this will be a name you’ll be very familiar with soon.

Danari was another great find this spring during 7 on 7 season. He has great command of the offense and understands how to take what the defense is giving him. Despite that, he still has no fear when ripping it down the field. No issue with arm strength and velocity. The footwork and throwing motion is far ahead of many others in his class, with some room for improvement still. Whether this fall is his time to shine or not is still TBD, but I will still be keeping a close eye on his development over the next few years!

Next up at Harper Woods! Great showing by Patton today. It seemed like every time his team needed it, Danari was able to put the team on his back again.

I loved a couple of his throws to the end zone where he lead his receiver perfectly and essentially put it where only his guy could get to it. He also displayed confidence and accuracy on the short and intermediate throws, and had the timing just right with his wideouts. I came away extremely impressed with his arm talent and pure playmaking ability!
