Racine is home to several impressive freshmen athletes and right up there competing for the best in the city/state is Damonshay Pitt Jr. Damonshay Pitt Jr. 5'10" | 150 lbs | WR/DB Racine St. Catherine's | 2030 WI The 2030 is already finding himself to be a consistent contributor on varsity for St. Cat’s on both sides of the ball. The freshman turned both of his touches on offense into TDs. The first was a quick pass that he cut upfield with, broke one arm tackle while making a 2nd defender miss, and then sprinting for the score. The 2nd score came off a scramble drill. The play ended with Damonshay making a great adjustment in the endzone to get in front of the DB for the catch. The 2030 is a name to have on your radars early on. I’m very excited to see how he continues to grow and develop.

Another potential #1 athlete in this Class is Racine St. Catherine’s Damonshay Pitt Jr. The freshman is already contributing on varsity on both sides of the ball. Not an easy feat, but he definitely is playing like he deserves to be out there. On defense he fearlessly gets involved against the run game and tackling overall. And he also has the athletic tools needed to be able to play tight coverage 1 on 1. We see that speed on offense as he stretched the field and made a great catch with the DB right on him. I’m fired up to see the career Pitt is able to build for St. Cat’s. The talent is there and so is the opportunity to play. It should lead to an exciting career to follow.
