Cormac Lally Cormac Lally 6'4" | 265 lbs | OL Strongsville | 2025 State OH is an imposing right tackle with great handwork to exploit defensive players’ moves. His large wingspan makes him a solid pass blocker as he is able to deflect quick moves by defensive ends and the strength to knock them down. Lally analyzes what a defender is doing quickly to react to incoming moves to stop them. He has good footwork and a center base to make it difficult for defenders to bull rush him. At 6’4 he has the size and look of a budding left tackle with most of his varsity experience coming from the right side. Lally shows deceptive speed to move quickly when run blocking to get to the second level to block linebackers with good effect. He shows the ability to adjust quickly when defensive schemes change while different blitzers come his way. Lally does a great job of sensing when he has leverage under a defensive player to take them to the ground and out of the play. Lally is a stud in the making as his performance during his sophomore year got better each week.

Cormac is the 8th ranked OL in the class of 2025. He plays as a RT. While run blocking, he takes a quick first step and generates movement at the point of attack with solid leverage and play strength. He drives his feet on contact and finishes the block to the ground for a pancake. In pass pro, he sets up vertically or at a 45-degree angle and keeps his hands low before striking with a powerful punch to the frame of the DE. He displays good physical toughness as he finishes the block to the ground.
