Cooper Madson Cooper Madson 6'4" | 195 lbs | QB Nazareth | 2028 State PA is an excellent quarterback prospect. He has the size (6’3″) and arm strength of a talented quarterback. He does a great job in the pocket throwing the ball. He has pinpoint accuracy. His footwork and mechanics are excellent in the pocket. The best part of his game is his arm. He can make any throw you need. His best throw is deep routes where he lays out the ball perfectly for the wide receiver to run under it. Madson is a big-time quarterback prospect in the 2028 class. He is woefully underrated.

This is one of the quarterbacks I kept coming back to after the rankings were released. There is enough ability here to justify a higher placement than where he currently sits. Sometimes perspective changes after seeing the full board together. He has the tools to prove that over the next couple of seasons.

He has a good size (6’3″) and frame for a quarterback. It allows him to sit back, scan the defense, and throw a good ball. He has excellent mechanics and footwork for a quarterback. He also throws a good ball with excellent accuracy. Madson prefers to stay in the pocket, but when the play breaks down, he can scramble around and make plays with his feet. Madson is a talented player who, with a strong offseason, should be able to play even better next season.

Cooper Madsen played on Junior Varsity last year as a freshman, as the starting quarterback.  He is stuck behind a talented quarterback, Peyton Falzone Peyton Falzone 6'5" | 210 lbs | ATH Nazareth Area | 2026 State PA , who is committed to Auburn. Madson did a nice job playing quarterback last year. He has excellent mechanics and footwork in the pocket. He also throws with good accuracy. Then he is an excellent athlete who has shown a good ability to run the ball from the quarterback position. Madsen has the tools to be a good quarterback down the road.
