About Connor

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as detail oriented. As well as a physical and fast paced play

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I live by 1% better everyday. I try to do one thing every day to improve myself weather it involves sports, acedemics, or just me as a person.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed into a bigger leader role throughout high school. I try to influence my teamates to make good decsions. I offer to lead team bonding events to build are teams bond to then translate to the feild. I also try to find ways to go out and help the public with my teammates such as clean up from large storms that are common in Northern Michigan.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Nearing the end of my sophmore year, I fractured my tibia plateau. It took me 8 weeks to stand on it again and 10 weeks to walk. Ive never had to dig deeper in my life to make it back to playing ability. It was a super long journey and I learned a lot about myself while fighting the mental balance of recovering.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a collage with a high energy campus, a strong culture, many deeply rooted traditions, and good educational opportunities.

Connor Berg Connor Berg Connor Berg 6'4" | 235 lbs | OL/LS Petoskey | 2027 MI had a big day at Lawrence Tech. His test numbers were impressive and at the top for all events for offensive lineman. When it came to the competition segments he shined even more! Berg is very lean for a tackle but was still able to show his overall strength in the 1 on 1 sessions. His frame allows him to be very fluid and operate smoothly which is a big advantage for an offensive lineman. One thing I think separates him from other kids in his position is his high motor, Connor was on go mode all day from the first whistle. His performance earned him the top performer of the day!

Connor has become one of my favorite lineman I have watched on film. He does a solid job of firing off the ball and staying engaged with the defender. Connor will be a player I am looking forward to seeing at camp. I will be watching how well he handles speed and power rushes in one on one drills. Early indications say it will be a good day for him.
