Ott has very good initial quickness out of his stance using his very good hand speed to engage first. Very good strength, hand placement, and hand strength. Controls and steers defenders at will. He has good acceleration from 1st to 2nd level blocks in space or out in the open field on screens. Very good anchor as well. He goes a good job at combating pass rush moves.
