The Lightning veteran has been delivering as a tall, athletic receiver for quite some time around these parts. Decker is a dangerous downfield threat with his speed and ability to win contested balls. He tracks them nicely in the air and times his leaps accordingly. Decker’s physicality helps him on short routes as well as he breaks tackles and chews up extra yardage.

Decker immediately stands out solely because of his size, length, and frame. Then you see him move and the wheels start to spin. This young man is 6’3″ and 200+lbs and moves as well as anyone else who was there. He’s agile, explosive off the line, and a great red zone threat. He was able to go up and over and snag a few balls out of the air. He provides a huge target for his QB and was Bobby’s safety blanket when he needed to get the ball out. Throwing the ball in the vicinity of the massive dude who is a great athlete typically works out, and it did this weekend. I can see some schools looking at Decker as a TE, which is kind of how I viewed him at the time, but either way, the athletic ability combined with his pass catching upside is way too juicy for schools to not jump on sooner than later.
