Colin O’Sullivan Colin O’Sullivan 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Upper Dublin | 2023 State PA said he would rank as the top 2023 prospect when it’s all said and done. He couldn’t have come closer. O’Sullivan boasts one of the stories of development you can find amongst PA quarterbacks. O’Sullivan always ranked relatively high, the Upper Dublin captain always possessed the skillset to lead his team to a state championship. Yet his growth from an accuracy and confidence perspective has blown me away. I saw the inklings come before the season began. Colin O’Sullivan Colin O’Sullivan 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Upper Dublin | 2023 State PA proved any doubters wrong, all the way up to the incredibly gutsy performance put on in the State Semi’s two weeks ago against Imhotep.
