Schipper, aware of the pressure he was facing, would often roll out of the pocket to avoid the pass-rush, but continued to look for open receivers. Not necessarily a dual-threat gunslinger, Schipper showed mobility to avoid defensive linemen as much as he could. He also trusted his receivers to go get it, and when he was able to get a pass off, he put up some decent numbers. He finished the night 12-of-19 for 157 yards and a touchdown.
