Cole did a great job of leading this offense Friday night. He completed a pair of TD passes, was accurate with his passes from the pocket and while rolling out. The senior did his damage in the quick passing game, getting the ball out quickly and into some tight windows. The senior has done well taking over the helm this season with 15+ TD passes and 1200+ passing yards with one more game still guaranteed to play. Give the 68% completion percentage passer a look.

This fall it will be Cole’s time at the helm for Waunakee’s offense. He spent 2024 as the varsity backup, putting up 16/26, 243 yards, and 2 TDs through limited action over 5 games. While Cole doesn’t have a ton of highlights to watch, there is plenty of talent displayed to make coaches want to have him on their radars. Cole doesn’t hesitate to push the ball downfield. He has a solid arm that put enough velocity on the ball to beat safeties deep downfield. He also demonstrated accuracy to every level of the field and from within the pocket or while on the run. I’m preparing to watch a breakout senior season from the Waunakee QB. Don’t miss out on this kid.
