The 1st is patience. He does a great job of setting up his blocks and then exploding through them. The second thing that stands out is his ability to make defenders miss. Nieves does an excellent job being elusive as a running back. The third part of his film is his speed. He has legit track speed and just explodes past defenders for big plays. Nieves is a stud at running back for New Oxford.

Nieves has a good combination of running and catching the ball out of the backfield. Nieves is a good player that does a nice job of making defenders miss in space. In last week’s game against Cocalico, New Oxford used the passing game more than the run game, but Nieves should be leaned on more as the season continues.

Nieves has a ton of elite skills for a running back. He has a great burst and a physical running style. I think he should have a good chance at playing College Football.
