Chevy had his fingerprints all over a big win against Brooks. He showed speed in special teams, hands on possession downs, and big blocking in the run game. Oh yea, and he also is a sure stick when tackling; this young man does everything and made plays all game to help St. Marks get their first win under Head Coach Ken Goodwin.

Chevaunie AKA “Chevy” measured in at 5’11” and 170 pounds. Chevy plays Wide Receiver and will be attending St. Marks School in Fall of 24′ as a reclass Junior. He was recorded at a 4.57 second 40 yard dash as his personal best at the camp. He has a 3.0 GPA. Chevy has a twitchyness to him. He is very quick and explosive in and out of his breaking points when running routes. He has strong hands and can make some pretty acrobatic catches. He is tough to get hands on at the line of scrimmage with his crafty releases. He seems to have a great feel for route running. He currently holds one division offer from University of Rhode Island. He is ranked the number 10 receiver in class of 2026 as of now. I expect Chevy to rack up some more offers by next year this time.

Chevy is one of the biggest names coming to this program. He is an explosive player that brings speed and talent to this team. He has an quick release and runs crisp routes. He has sharp turns at the top of the routes. He can make big plays on the boundary or take the top off the defense. Chevy will bring the YAK to the passing attack and is certainly a player to watch this summer.

16. Breakthrough
The lead man over at Breakthrough. He, along with Jain, Ortiz, and Branch were main reasons why the program went so far in the tournament. I’ll be honest, I didn’t get much of a chance to see Breakthrough play. My colleague Caleb Holfoth, who represents PRZ New York, raved about Shakespeare’s overall performance. His high remarks ultimately forced my hand at placing Shakespeare inside the top 20. Wish I could have witnessed his two-way play a bit more than I did.

who goes by Chevy was one of my favorite performers on Breakthrough Elite’s squad. Shakespeare showcased high-level athleticism on both sides of the ball. Shakespeare is a smooth route runner and showcases burst and explosive movements as he changes direction. Shakespeare has good ball skills and consistent hands with the ability to catch away from his body. Shakespeare also plays the game with consistent effort always finishing his routes and finding open space offensively. A really impressive athlete with good ball skills who consistently was a top performer in the games he played.
