Semprini has a good foundation for a young quarterback. He’s mobile and can throw on the run, he has good footwork and he typically throws an accurate, catchable ball with good touch. He should be able to handle the step up in competition next season, and will only get better with added arm strength and as he improves his ability to read the field.
