Chaz Morris Chaz Morris 6'3" | 290 lbs | DL Granby | 2027 State VA is one of the most dominant two-way players in the trenches that I have had a chance to watch out of this class. The Virginia prospect has shown to play on both sides of the ball with elite success and recently picked up his third offer from the University of Buffalo. On the offensive side of the ball, Chaz proves to move well for his 6’3, 285-pound size and has made a habit out of finishing blocks on defensive linemen across from him. Chaz also does a great job driving through defenders as his feet never stop moving. Another thing that impresses me about Chaz is that he always seems to get his hands inside his opponents at the point of contact. Defensively much of those standout traits are prevalent too. He’s a naturally strong prospect with fairly good technique despite having so much untapped potential. With the physicality that Morris brings to the table and the youth program (757 Colts) he played for, it should be no surprise that he has already collected a couple of Power 5 offers so early on in his career. If he keeps this up, he is going to be on many more recruiting boards across the country.

Morris is a big-bodied lineman who currently checks in a 6-foot-3 and tips the scales at 285-pounds. He’s a dominant force for the 757 Colts organization out of Norfolk. The rising 8th grader picked up his first Power Five offer earlier this week as he added an offer from the Maryland Terrapins. On film, Morris does a great job using his size and strength to his advantage as he’s often seen driving defenders either downfield or into the ground. He does a great job using leverage and opening up wide running lanes for his running backs.
