At 6-4, 280-pounds, he has the ideal length for the position. Fleetwood’s combination of long arms and strong hands are on display when he’s either stonewalling or pancaking defenders. In the pass protection highlights, he holds up well and sustains blocks. On a couple of plays, Fleetwood shows he has the agility to pull and hit moving targets either near the line or on the second-level. Gets a nice short-area burst on run blocks. Does a good job of finishing plays, as noted by the few pancakes in his highlights. Great physical tools. I think he should clean up his highlights just a little bit by identifying himself earlier in plays.
