Hyacinth moves extremely well, and displays fluid hips, that allow him to utilize his leverage while rushing the QB. His speed is outstanding, and he displays a good first step, that sees him moving past the lineman if you blink. Hyacinth is one of my favorite prospects in the entire 2027 Class give his skills.

Straightaway, the speed coming off the edge was there, as he would disrupt plays. Hyacinth will get into the backfield and make TFLs with a fiery passion. The range to cover areas of the field and being able to drop in coverage with discipline are strong points. Undoubtedly, he is a player who sets the edge, brings strong perseverance in pass rush pressure, and is an asset on special teams.

The pure aggressiveness required to attack the ball carriers and make TFLs was key. Straightaway Hyacinth has the coverage ability to drop back and cover TEs and RBs in the flat, which is a standout. Rushing the passer, his mixture of quickness and power allows him to overwhelm OTs. Standing up as an LB and rushing from multiple techniques in favor of matchups adds another impact as a blitzer.
