Charlie is going to be one of our callups from the watchlist onto the rankings certainly due to his junior tape he put for Dell Rapids. What pops out from the first look, is his agile first step which shows off the good instincts college coaches are looking for at the next-level. He also has grown in his junior season with higher violence with his punch as that first play on tape says it all, as Charlie gets his man downhill with great penetration at the point of attack. Speaking of downhll, you will want to watch his second play on tape as he barrels into the second level as a pull-blocker that you don’t want to meet when he is on the move. Charlie surely grades out as a Saturday prospect in my eyes.
