Underrated defensive back CJ Baltimore was a standout for his work at corner, thought he had an excellent morning. It seems like Skyline’s secondary will rely on Baltimore a lot and he looks like their top defensive back. He showed me his speed back at our Winter showcase which is why I ranked him, now that I got to see him play his ranking may go up higher.

A kid set to break out entering his junior season for the Hawks is defensive back CJ Baltimore. The young man test numbers are impressive, running a 4.6 40 and a broad jump over 8 foot. Very good lateral movement and footwork out of Baltimore, he was close to being a top performer. Regardless he is a physical corner who would not back down from any matchup. We for sure will be adding him to our next 2028 class rankings update.
