Fairchild generated major P4 recruiting buzz throughout his process, making him another notable player to sign G6 out of HS. Up to 6’1 230 now, Fairchild is an impressive size/speed specimen. He has the play strength and pop in his pads to meet and stall RBs in the gaps, as well as the ability to hold his own against blockers. He is light on his feet, explosive, and can run. It’s his blend of finesse and power that really sticks out to me. At the level of ball he is headed to, I find it hard to believe he will be left off the field for too long.
