The 6’2 200 LB was fun to watch on film. Has a solid frame and good reaction time. Patiently reads the play then gets downhill fast to make the stop. A multisport athlete at Daphne that also participates in the high jump and long jump. Prep Redzone has him ranked as the #14 overall LB prospect in the State and I could see him climb the rankings this Fall. Several colleges have taking notice this offseason with Austin Peay, Arkansas St, ULM, and most recently Alabama AM extending offers.

Cayden Williams Cayden Williams 6'4" | 185 lbs | LB Daphne | 2025 State AL has been exceptional as an outside linebacker for Daphne this season and just recently put on an terrific performance in their game against Foley. Williams was causing Foley’s offense a ton of trouble- they weren’t able to get anything going his way. When it came to playing against the run, Williams did a great job getting after the ball carrier and sealing the edge, and against the pass, he was able to make some huge plays as well. Overall Williams was able to make an impact all over the field and had himself a big game, totaling up 11 tackles (one for loss), and a pick six as well. Williams made some game changing plays throughout this game, especially with his impressive pick six- were gonna have to keep an eye on this guy going forward- he’s a really fun prospect to watch!
