Altschwager had a standout season being able to turn some heads and make a statement in his senior season. He is a back that has some speed and can make things happen catching the ball out of the backfield as well as carrying it on the ground. He rushed for almost 1,600 yards and added almost 400 receiving yards. He has the ability to impact the game in multiple ways and is a touchdown machine. Cash finished 10th in the state in rushing, with 1,593 yards on 177 attempts and 13. Thank you for playing touchdowns, but he was almost number one on this list. Cash was straight money when he played against Valley. On just a mere 12 carries, Cash only went to the north and south endzones when he had 358 yards, averaging a ridiculous 29.8 yards a carry, and four house calls.

Altschwager delivered a breakout performance, carrying the ball 25 times for an impressive 220 yards and two touchdowns. A true workhorse back, Oswager consistently picked up chunk yardage, showing his explosiveness in the open field and ability to evade defenders at the second level. Earlier in the season, he showcased his talent with 154 yards on just 13 carries. He is able to power through defenders or slip past them with his speed, Altschwager continues to prove he’s a game-changer. As Wellington progresses deeper into the playoffs, his ability to take over games will be crucial.

He also is a player with a lot of speed and he puts it on full display when he makes it into the open field, being able to outrun defenders when he makes it to the second level. He will be a player to keep on the radar this game with his ability to be a game changer.
