A desirable quarterback prospect, Carter Barnes Carter Barnes 6'4" | 215 lbs | QB Cathedral Prep | 2023 State PA recently came back from a visit with Penn State just over a week ago. Not sure where any conversations may have led. The Cathedral Prep passer has held Dayton and Robert Morris offers in the past, yet not much has been announced since those off-season opportunities were extended. Hard to imagine a prospect with Barnes’ potential not being courted throughout the season.
