Cartae Ligon Cartae Ligon 6'1" | 185 lbs | ATH Chillicothe | 2028 State OH is so good on both sides of the ball that many college coaches are telling him that it might be hard to find where his best fit is. Ligon is a tough, bruising, and fast tailback with great vision. He loves contact, bounces off defenders like a pinball, and maintains great balance in space. At safety, I really like how Ligon can shed blocks on the perimeter, take good pursuit angles and bust up screens. Holds 15+ offers.
