About Cage

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Dual threat QB with great size for my age, I throw the ball with great power and precision. I run the ball hard and I will initiate contact every time if it means the extra yards. I play safety and I’m always dealing the hit.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a great leader and hard worker. I strive to get better at my craft every single day.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Playing competitive sports since age 8 has taught me numerous things such as you have to work for what you want, hard work pays off, and there’s always someone else grinding when your not.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking to play anywhere I possibly can. Preferably D1.

Cage has good freshman tape and has a great foundation heading into camp season. One of his biggest strengths is his ability to stand strong in the pocket and escape pressure. A lot of young QBs are way too scramble-happy, but Cage seems to sense pressure and stand in there way better than most. Plus, he has a handful of good, quick throws. His throwing motion is a bit inconsistent as well as his footwork, but he’s got a lot of time. Should be a great QB next season and potential Varsity player.
