He has been the hometown hero, as the whole city is in his corner at this moment, and you can imagine what type of success he will have with that much support. He is one of my favorite running backs and is easily one of the better options to give the ball to when you need a big play, or even a reception out of the backfield. Waye has all the potential in the world and will be one who makes a push to be inside the top five this season. Everyone will need to keep their eyes on the talented running back out of Ola.

One of the top two-way prospects south of Atlanta, Waye is a tough running back who can also shine in the secondary on defense. An outstanding natural athlete at 5-foot-11 190-pounds, the Ola High standout rushed for1,194 yards last fall as a sophomore with 18 total touchdowns on offense. Defensively, Way made 51 tackles at the safety position with four INTs in coverage. He’s a natural playmaker who earned major offers this week from Ohio State, Tennessee, Duke, Syracuse, Kansas, among others.
