Buddy Collins Buddy Collins 5'10" | 165 lbs | DB Williston Northampton | 2026 State New E is a player who has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to impress as a senior. Collins lined up on the outside at corner where he showed the ability to lock down his side of the field in man coverage. He does a great job of opening up and running with receivers to mirror their routes then breaking on the ball with perfect timing to break up the pass when it is thrown his way. Collins has also shown the ability to provide support against the run, finishing the year with 14 tackles and one tackle for loss. He also scored three rushing touchdowns and proved to be a dangerous returner on special teams. Buddy signed with Navy where I can see him being a true impact player at the next level.

What impresses me about Collins is his ability to read the passing game and tackle receivers quickly after the completion. Collins also proved that he can use bursts of speed to catch the rush from along the edge. I also like how Collins can lock in and make significant stops in third-down scenarios.

Buddy Collins Buddy Collins 5'10" | 165 lbs | DB Williston Northampton | 2026 State New E is a player that recently jumped onto our radar and impressed enough to make his debut at the top spot at his position. Collins finished his sophomore season with 29 tackles and one interception. He is a lockdown corner on the outside that quarterbacks try to avoid at all costs. Collins does a great job of opening up and running with receivers to mirror their routes. When the ball is thrown his way, he does a great job of breaking on the ball with perfecting timing to make a play. He has also shown the ability to come downhill and make tackles in the open field agains the run. Collins currently holds offers from Louisville, Miami (OH), and Arkansas State, and I expect more to come his way as he has the talent to play at a Power 5 program.
