Expert Analysis
Sam Erman | Prep Redzone Scout
A 6’6″ TE who can move well, block and catch the ball is always a hot topic for discussion and Thomas should be no different. His frame is real and he’s quickly filling it out. He’s incredibly strong and has a good head on his shoulders when on the field. He can be lined up on the end as a true TE, in the backfield, or out wide as a receiver. He gives the QB a big target and is as good in the Redzone as you would hope. It’s only a matter of time until the right coach finds Thomas and falls in love.

is a rather large TE from Evansville Harrison. Brooks stands 6’7″ and 240 pounds and that is not a typo. He is a huge target for the Warriors and shows to be a reliable one for them. Brooks is a three-sport athlete, playing basketball and baseball. He may not be the best technically-sound TE but there is tons of promise for him at the position. What college TE coach does not want a 6’7″ TE that moves well? Just throw the ball up to him and watch him snag it over the defenders. In my opinion,

is one of the most intriguing prospects in the SIAC and I am looking forward to watching him play this season.
