About Broden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Tyler Graham (Redzone Scout) accurately describes my playing style "Broden was another one that really stood out on the defensive side of the ball. I was impressed with a couple of reps in particular where he sniffed out a couple of screens and was able to beat his blocker to the spot to blow the play up. The natural instincts and football IQ was very evident from him all night."

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Leader on the field, clear communicator, with positive body language and infectious attitude. Tough, plays with grit and focus reflecting a respect and LOVE for the game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

AV Club, help coach youth athletes at various basketball and football camps locally. Member of O3 Sports/O3 Academy out of Saline, MI Selected for Varsity roster spot as an entering freshman for Jackson Lumen Christi.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have a goal of 100 service hours per year and have met that goal since I started keeping track in 5th grade. Any opportunities to work local youth camps I jump at - I have a passion for the game and I get excited when I can help the younger kids fall in love with the game as well!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I suffered a bone bruise on my knee during the last game of 8th grade football and worked to come back in December of that year to play basketball (4 weeks ahead of schedule).

What type of college are you looking for?

A college who's staff, players and support team reflect the same love of the game that I have where teaching and helping players grow in the game and as people feeds their spirit.
