Just a sophomore and in his first year starting under center for the Jaguars, Brekken Miller Brekken Miller Brekken Miller 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Ankeny Centennial | 2028 IA was pressured quite a bit in the first half and made some errant throws, but he settled in over the final 24 minutes, leading his team to a couple scores.

Quite composed in just his second year of varsity ball, Miller has some of the physical tools required to be a solid passer, and he found ways to escape the pocket and bide time despite being under pressure for a good portion of the night. Finishing the night 9-of-16 (56.2%) for 95 yards two touchdowns and an interception, Miller wasn’t perfect, but he showed flashes of what he could be in the future for Centennial.
