Miami of Ohio can sleep well knowing they landed these two studs out of Pennsylvania. Both Jackson Pons Jackson Pons 6'2" | 185 lbs | ATH/TE Norwin | 2024 State PA and Braylon Littlejohn Braylon Littlejohn 6'2" | 170 lbs | ATH Butler | 2024 State PA have their spot at the top-25 table, seeing Miami secure two near-Power Five graded prospects out of their state speaks volumes as to what Chuck Martin and staff have been able to do this off-season. Miami (OH) has secured commitments from several “ATH”s around the nation, a clear emphasis on versatility. I personally love Littlejohn at DB, yet 247 projects Littlejohn to make noise at WR early on in his future career. I love Pons at wideout, yet he’s another candidate to switch sides of the ball. I wouldn’t discount his abilities as a pass-catcher, yet a move to safety could be in his future. Either way, Miami (OH) did well landing this Western PA duo.
