PRZMN got an early sneak-peek at the Paynesville Bulldogs at the Bemidji State small school War on the Shore Team Camp this past July, and despite the heavyweight competition, the Bulldogs had a strong showing from both established names and recruits as well as breakout athletes and new names rising to the service. One of these new MN defenders making their presence felt in 2026 is Brayden Meagher Brayden Meagher 6'2" | WR Paynesville | 2028 MN , a 6’2, 170 lb. WR and DE/LB who is stuffing the stat sheets early into the 2026 season.

Meagher has totaled 10 catches for 176 and 1 TD and 11 tackles, 2 TFLs, and 2 sacks so far in 2026, which included a 5 catch for 101 yards and 1 TD against Kimball Area Week 1. In the film from Kimball + the 48-yard TD reception clip publicly posted by Hudl, Meagher displayed good ball skills, amongst other strengths. The junior worked back to the football easily on an under throw, played the ball in the air while the DBs were disabled, then stuck his cleat in the ground and worked vertical, past the frozen DBs for a smooth TD run. Additionally, against Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, Meagher displayed more ball skills. He high-pointed an overthrow, fully extended while showing off his catch radius, not to mention some fight and YAC ability, pumping those legs and dragging/carrying a couple of DBs for extra yardage. Ate a big pop at the end from an oncoming LB. This kid has some juice on both sides of the ball!
