He has above-average mobility for a quarterback, allowing him to break containment and hurt a defense with his legs. He is a big-play quarterback who can make off-balance throws with his arm strength. As Parades continues to fine-tune his mechanics, I expect him to excel at the quarterback position.

Parades is a dynamic dual-threat quarterback from Plainfield East. The 6’1, 170 lbs prospect got it done both in the air and on the ground last fall. In the quarterback run game, Parades shows extremely comfortability with the ball in his hands. He is a shifty and physical runner, unafraid to take it between the tackles or on the outside. In the pass game, Parades legs allow him to extend plays and maneuver the pocket to buy extra throwing time. From there, his impressive arm strength takes over, as Parades can push the ball vertically and accurately hit shorter throws anywhere on the field. A rising star in the Illinois Class of 2025 quarterback class, keep an eye on Parades throughout next fall.

Mr. Parades is an up and coming QB that can make throws outside the numbers. His ability to throw on the run is one to keep an eye on this fall season as a majority of the snaps he took he had to work out of platform. What’s impressive about this young man’s play is his ability to extend plays with his legs. If the pocket collapse or a defender shoots through the gap, he’s able to escape and keep his eyes downfield. When he does so, he can keep the chains moving with a completion downfield – an area to keep an eye on closely this fall as at other times plays didn’t go his way.
