Another South Dakota 2027 name that we recently said we couldn’t wait to get a live eval on this summer, is West Central wide receiver Boche Knight Boche Knight 5'7" | 160 lbs | WR West Central | 2027 State SD , who showed why we feel that way at the Augustana Prospect Camp. To say this young man is explosive is an understatement, as Boche was one of the most twitchy wide receivers I got to watch last Sunday in Sioux Falls. He’s grown even more with his sure hands since my last live eval and what I liked most about what Boche’s reps on Sunday, was his relentlessness to get over the top of what was a physical group of defensive backs, but was able to use his athleticism to his advantage to have great success in his 1v1 reps. He’s another one out of this list that got an offer out the Augustana Prospect Camp from one of the few visiting schools in attendance, and I surely feel the attention on this kid will continue to grow over the coming month of camp season.

Another West Central Trojan has cracked our list in the coming days, and this time it’s Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase winter WR MVP Boche Knight Boche Knight 5'7" | 160 lbs | WR West Central | 2027 State SD that should catch some eyes this summer. He’s one of the most shifty wide receivers in the Dakotas in this class as his seperation ability can get into open space in a hurry regardless if he’s in the backfield or with the receiving core. Another area I felt when he was at our showcase and feel he’s gotten better as is projecting how he uses his change of direction, as it’s clear that Boche is a step ahead when he makes his cuts. The second clip on tape is must-watch for college coaches, as Boche shows you how he can put defensive backs on skates and flip the field with his excellent mix of COD and speed. He was one of our fastest in the 40-yard dash too at our Dakotas Showcase and holds an offer from Northern State, but man he’s surely going to impress some coaches this summer surely.

Boche is a wide receiver that got onto our Prep Redzone Dakotas radar within the last couple months and based on watching the tape, I was fired up not only that he was coming to our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase, but also came away with our WR MVP which was surely well deserved based on what I watched all day in Aberdeen. He by far ran the most effective route-tree amongst wide receivers in the building and the college coaches I talked to couldn’t get enough of watching this young man utilize his air time with his vertical. I loved watching the excellent presence Boche played with no matter what sized DB he went up against in 1v1s, Boche was a route-runner that brought that fearless demeanor against any competition. He picked up the first offer that came from his play at our showcase, as the offensive staff from Northern State were quite intrigued by what he showed off. Boche also placed second on our Universal Speed Rating scoreboard in the 40 yard dash with a 4.56. Surely a young man in this 2027 class you need to know this summer.
