Hackenbruck has established himself as a standout defender in his first season with Green Valley. The 6’/170 junior transfer from Utah has racked up 40 total tackles (22 solo) in eight games this season. He’s a physical safety that delivers strong hits in space and consistently makes plays around the LOS. He shows solid range and versatility aligning in the box and as a deep safety and looks like a potential hybrid SS at the next level with the combination of physicality and athleticism he plays with. Hackenbruck just took a gameday visit to UNLV this month and should see his stock rise with his productive junior season.
