About Beaux

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I do my job then run to the football and play as fast as possible every play. I read fast and play much bigger than my 5’9 175 frame. My versatility to play big in the box with the athleticism to cover as a nickel or strong safety makes me a valuable man on the roster and an every down threat to force turnovers for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I was raised with a growth mindset from early on. My family believes in hard work, discipline, kindness, selflessness, and personal accountability. My mom gave me the mental toughness and coordination of a Junior Olympic level gymnast. My dad gave me charisma and leadership of an executive leader and passed down second generation football instincts of a college fullback.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a very consistent part of the fitness community at my gym. I love to workout with friends daily in addition to our 5:50 am football workouts. I am a self taught guitar player, former competitive snowboarder, and working toward my blue belt in Jiu Jitsu.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My parents have always stressed the importance of doing the right thing and helping people especially when nobody is looking. I’ve been taught whenever I see someone in need I need to stop and help. My parents have modeled this type of daily community service and it’s something we believe in strongly in my family. Recently I was voted Captain by my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My parents divorced when I was six which left me with a lot of questions and anxiety as a younger kid. My parents both knew it was the right thing and used it as an opportunity to show us how a life challenge can be a starting point for self growth. It’s helped me understand the importance of family, personal accountability, mental self care, and to push myself with strong daily habits.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college in the midwest, west, or central part of the country. Someplace with a strong business program, criminal justice, or even military. I’d love to further my passion for health fitness with a secondary degree in exercise science or strength and conditioning.
