Bachmeier completed 77 percent of his passes for 238 yards with three touchdowns in a win over Oaks Christian. The Stanford commit also ran for 98 yards with three touchdowns.

He is so dangerous as a dual-threat quarterback because he’s so big and is hard to bring down. He’s a very good pocket passer who has a quick release and is comfortable throwing on the run.

Bachmeier has one of the best arms in the class and is a very good athlete.

There was a redzone passing drill where the quarterbacks had to roll to their right between cones and hit a receiver in certain parts of the endzone. Bachmeier’s ball placement shined in that drill and showed he can make strong throws in less than ideal situations.

Class of 2025 quarterback Bear Bachmeier Bear Bachmeier Bear Bachmeier 6'2" | 225 lbs | QB Murrieta Valley | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Stanford on Monday.

Bachmeier averaged 350 total yards per game and had 44 total touchdowns for Murrieta Valley last season.

He is the brother of Wake Forest quarterback Hank Bachmeier.

Bachmeier chose Stanford over 18 other schools that offered him.

He is the second player from California in Stanford’s 2025 recruiting class, joining Siosiua Vete Siosiua Vete Siosiua Vete 6'5" | 280 lbs | OL Oakland | 2025 State CA of Oakland.
