Finegan is one of the top under-rated safety prospects across the central valley, and is a long and rangy player that can cover the entire back-end and has natural ball skills and high-point abilities while excellent in run support. He is a high IQ kid that baits quarterbacks into poor throws and shows closing speed, proper angles in space and is a very sure tackler in the open field. He should draw plenty of FCS+ interest through his Senior season, and is looking to be another central valley steal in the 2026 class.
