Lumpkin put on display in his first High School game that he can sling the football. The lefty can sling it with the best of the 2029 class. He can see the field and he can scramble out of the pocket and make plays with his legs. Excellent talent in the 2029 class and a name to know moving forward!

Lumpkin is a excellent quarterback who can make plays in game changing ways and is something that certainly stands out on film and in person. He’s a smart quarterback who makes a lot of the right reads and throws in order to make the plays needed.

. Lumpkin has the natural ability to lead and it shows in his game play as he demands the driver seat with his style of play and his confidence to make plays and win games. Playing at a program like a Collins Hill it’s a must to have that and Lumpkin certainly has it.

One thing about Lumpkin is that he’s one of the best dual threat QBs in the entire 2029 class in Georgia. His ability to release the ball on time is one thing that stood out to me and knowing where targets is are going to be. Lumpkin’s size is a huge plus and the fact that he’s able to be an effective runner and thrower at that size is very impressive. He is one of the more talented guys leading at the QB spot in 2029.
