Asher might not fit the “ideal” threshold for the measurables some coaches want in their offensive trenches, but he surely is a kid I would go to bat for as one you need to see how sound he is from a technique perspective in your live evals at camps this summer. He shows the excellent pad-level and driving ability into the second level and the consistency I have seen from Asher in every live rep at camps or our PRZ showcases should be critical in college coaches live eval, as this young man masters attention to detail. He has the prototype you want that will finish blocks until that whistle blows with his excellent physical presence. Just a couple NAIA offers thus far, but man if I was a college recruiter I would have my eyes wide open for Asher this summer.

Asher was a 2026 OL prospect I was stoked to get the live-evaluation as his tape has impressed. Asher demonstrated great pad-level in the reps I watched and plays with also good balance with his footwork. He also appeared more flexible than I thought he would be from watching him in the early stretches. I love this kid’s character too, as he was one of the more empowering hog mollies to his teammates within the group with his vocals and motivating others. He has a heck of a lot of strength at the point of attack. Just broke Spearfish HS’s squat and deadlift record (515 and 605) today at 6’0 245 pounds, so you won’t have to worry about this getting this kid in the weight room at the next-level. Certainly a scholarship level OL target in my eyes. Twitter

Asher is a offensive line prospect that show off an effective punch at the point of attack, as a OL/DL target that moved into our top 30 prospects with this last update. His pad-level and reactive footwork show off great consistency throughout his sophomore tape. The 6’0 245 pounder, plays way bigger than his measurables show in the trenches as he shows off great versatility in pass-protection with his combination of blocks he can throw at his defender. I could certainly see Asher becoming a stockriser with our next update for sure, as developing a faster foot speed could rise his stock even further as a OL that certainly shows off loads of finishing ability on the bulk of his blocks. I’ll see Asher May 11th at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Combine in Sioux Falls
