That powerful frame has made him a big problem for defenses after the catch. Aric has proven he can run through arm tackles and absorb the body shots without getting off balance. Where he will stand out after the catch at camps will be with his burst. Aric accelerates with eye catching burst. Especially after catching the ball on curls or comebacks. The junior also is blessed with the balance and body control to run crisp routes that open up a lot of separation from his DB. Lastly, Johnson tracks the ball really well in the air, and has the soft hands to be bring in the ball anywhere in his catch radius. A big camp season is on the way.

Aric also has fantastic ball skills that help him bring in some spectacular catches and fight through traffic to bring the ball in. Lastly, Aric has great top-end speed that allows him to break away from defenses effectively. With the arsenal of talent that Aric has, I wouldn’t be surprised if he had a breakout 2023 football season.
