Angel Gonzalez Angel Gonzalez 6'0" | 180 lbs | RB/DB Greater Lawrence Technical School | 2028 State New E is 6’1 and 175 pound Athlete that can truly do it on both sides of the ball.  At this event he was making plays left and right on both sides of the ball all over the field.  He caught several touchdown passes for his team and had numerous pass break-ups.  On offense, he proved to be a skilled route runner with strong reliable hands and excellent ball skills that can make catches anywhere on the field.  He shows an excellent leadership quality as well, constantly being verbally positive and supportive to motivate his teammates.  On defense, Angel can line up at slot corner and cover inside and he can also line up on the outside and cover there.  He is patient & physical at the line in press man disturbing receivers with his ability to run with you and get his hands on you at same time. He can flip his hips and get in and out of brakes with good technique which lead to multiple pass breakups for him.  Im predicting him to have a huge season at Thayer Academy this fall as he returns as the teams number one option in the pass game and in the secondary.
