Although his running style includes physicality, he could also break more tackles if he ran harder when he meets first contact. He’s someone who shows good patience when he’s running the ball and a back who can also make defenders miss. Forger looks comfortable as a pass catcher, although his film showed some dropped balls on defense that could have easily been intercepted. Forger’s film also highlighted his ability to contribute on special teams, both in kick coverage and as a kick returner, as he made big plays in both areas. His blocking is a question mark, only because it was not a big part of his highlights. Some of Forger’s best attributes also stood out on the defensive side of the ball, where he showed exceptional coverage skills for a linebacker. He’s able to stick with receivers and also make plays on the football. He’s also a sure-tackler who can shed blocks and make a play.
