The nationally ranked TE is special. His presence alone on the field just pops. His confidence and desire to compete is something special you can see in his game. He just loves the game. His blocking ability is superb. He has an added desire to get the extra yards after the catch and he will run through the defender to get them. “Rappleyea” is a top New England recruit who is nationally ranked and has recently committed to Penn State. He has all the tangibles to be elite at the next level. At 6’4″ he has the height and frame. Has good wing span to make up the “length”, college coaches want at the TE position.
