With an excellent stature at 6’3 205lbs, he matched his imposing measurables with a 4.85 40-yard dash, a 4.84 shuttle, and a 9 foot broad jump. He has the ideal stature and stoutness at the position, also displaying nice open-field agility in drills and on one-on-ones. He has good technique to reroute receivers in his direction, showing good hand usage and strength while in coverage. Hines is a two-way athlete to keep your eyes out for, especially on the defensive side of the ball.
